In the House of Lords on Monday February 22 the Tetlons from St Madalene Herwondsey and the Borough of Ply Pent autin were laid on the table. The 20,000,000 Exchequer Bills and the Gas light Bill were read a third time and passed. Ad- Gyurned.
Petitions from St Mary Newington Leicester and Suffolk landholders protest the Insolvent Debtors Act and corn imports. A Dublin window tax petition and others on Irish fines and elections were laid on the table. Reports on Cork and Drogheda elections were discussed and new writs ordered for Clonmel. Discussion on charity abuses and Windsor establishment reforms followed with ministerial plans outlined.
