County of Kildare hold 66 acres in Celbridge adjoining Canotly and Marlay’s Demennas. A large elegant house with gardens, fit for immediate reception of a nobleman. Held for ever by lease with chief rent about 1 vane. Proposal to be received by MIG Bradford, South Side Mer Mundin Cease, ton-sourt. Mov. 28th, 1785.

County of Longford proposes sale on the first Day of May next for a well divided arable parcel including garden and outhouses. Estates to be offered from Dublin and Straetstown Elphin area. Servant to attend at house. time to view croppings and terms. Tenant may select cropping before February 6, 1786.

Also the SWELLING HOUSE and GARDEN in Athboy, the PLOW Inn with offices and gardens, and two TEREMENE houses in Trim. Proposals to Stephen Hopkins at Stephen's Green or Athboy. Encouragement for tenants who build and improve in Athboy and Trim. Dated February 1786.

Located within one mile of Dublin and five miles from Naas, near Kilcullen Bridge and the Grand Canal. A house with stabling, barn, coach houses, cow-house, and other offices sits on the property, with abundant water from a rivulet via a wall boundary. Proposals to be received by Lord Vle unit Allen in Dublin.
Auction notice states lands of GroautaANCE TL TISTY Vivewuvacn Brownhanf and Ceecrincon in Boyle parish Roscommon to be sold. Survey rent roll and state of the mice to be placed in the hands of Me, Baler at Capel-street Piepuvils in the barley coteto. Names include Glainesn, Baker, Convley, Freuch, Racha, Davis, and others. Sale date February 1935.
Severe assault and home invasion at Mullinola County Tipperary as a gang beat William Ryan a rector and his wife. They dragged him through rooms, destroyed property, and threatened further violence while white clothed assailants looted the house. Ryan fled to Cloyne for safety and medical aid. The Dublin authorities offer a reward of 100 pounds for each felon captured before July 7 and grant royal pardon to informers.
