The event featured sermons by Dr. Crawford and Dr. Black, toasts to the memory of King William, and a late-night supper. Captain Gilbraith’s injury is noted. Also mentions new engagements at Theatre Royal with Mrs Molloy and Milo Brett, and a lottery drawing number 24.941.
Public notice from the Board and Secretary Vaun Montgomery urges all carriage owners with four or two wheels to register their vehicles within fourteen days after the end of March or within fourteen days after they acquire such carriages. Registered details must include owner name, place and parish, and number of wheels. Fees are waived for certificate submission.
