A sprawling 18th century Dublin broadside recounts proclamations by the Lord Lieutenant, notices of robberies and rewards, market regulations at Smithfield, charity appeals for the sick poor of St Luke and the relief society for imprisoned debtors, plus merchant advertisements and public sales. Names of officials, merchants, and donors appear amid detailed notices from December 1784.
