The publication promotes a magazine and novelty items tied to contemporary events and figures.
A historical record notes the Leitrim High Sheriff and Grand Jury assembled at Summer Atlizes to endorse Catholic privilege and denounce a publication titled A Letter from the Sub-Committee of RomanCatholica of this Kingdom. They pledge support to the established church and resist any attempts at reform by “Better Men,” listing names such as Thomas Tanpon and Theo Joncas among signatories.
The Westmeath Grand Jury at the Summer Assizes condemns a circulated publication titled Bowano Brag for illegibility and urges restraint. They praise Catholic residents for loyalty to the Constitution and law, and decline to publish or comment further to maintain peace and order. Signatories include Hutchinson, Smyth, Tuite, Levinge, Reynell, Nugent, and others.
A early 19th century record describes a County Roscommon gathering denouncing a controversial letter blamed for inflaming Irish Catholics. The document condemns alleged sedition and calls for maintaining Protestant supremacy, with sworn signatories including Charles Birch and John Mitchel among others.

Names of local officials and jurors accompany the declaration.
The Grand Jury condemns a pamphlet titled A Letter from the Sub Committee of Roman Catholics of this Kingdom. They view it as harmful to public tranquility and pledge to uphold Parliament’s authority against unconstitutional measures. Foreman William Richardson signs with a list of jurors expressing disapproval and support for the established order.
The Grand Jury of Tyrone reports strong disapproval of a Pro Catholic letter signed Edward Byrne. A fragmented report notes a 07 Cavan assembly at County level where members adopt a resolution to cooperate with Provéitame Bodies and preserve Protestant Ascendancy in Church and State. Names such as Reilly and Stewart appear amid the unclear text and place references.
In Enniskillen era 1792 the Grand Jury and High Sheriff ratify a cautious Catholic relief stance. They align with the Establishment and warn against reform movements that could threaten church and state. Prominent signatories include Mervyn Archdall and Henry St George Cole among others.
Three Commissioners of His Majesty's Revenue declare the retail license of William Sharpley, a Church Street liquor seller, void as improper. Notice published in the Dublin Gazette dated August 5, 179? at the Custom House Dublin.
