Reward Offered for Capture of Andrew Miller Escaped Prisoner
The Seagistrates of Annan offer one hundred guineas for the apprehension and return of Andrew Miller who escaped from a prison in Annan between twelve and one this morning. Miller, about 30, six feet tall, with light yellowish hair and pale face, is a cattle dealer known in Cumberland Westmorland Lancaster and eastern English counties. He is believed headed toward sea port towns to leave the kingdom. Annan, 90th August, 1810.
