Lord Mayor Responds to Meeting Call Misrepresentation

The Lord Mayor explains his motives regarding last Monday’s aggregate meeting. He states a regiment was delivered to the Sheriffs on Saturday night, and that a meeting was agreed for Wednesday with the approving gentlemen. He notes a Sunday inquiry sought to move the date, but he declined due to inability to consult Sheriff Jenkin who was dining in the country.

Dublin Society Offer of Five Hundred Pound for Rape or Colefeed

The Dublin Society invites claims for a sum of five hundred pounds at an annual rate per acre for rapes or colefeeds sown on not less than five acres.
