CHYMANRLATN'S OFFICE Dublin Castle announces a party at the Vice Regal lodge Phanir Park on Thursday August 12 at 8:30 PM to celebrate his Royal Highness the Prince Regent. Ladies and gentlemen presented to the Duchess are invited. the Chamberlain requests mourning attire and no persons admitted.
