Observations on Irish taxation and trade outlined

A fragment from the Singliss Papers reprints a pamphlet arguing that Irish taxes are heavier on the lower classes and that English and Irish tax burdens differ, with calculations of land, wealth, and population. It references the Dublin Society letters on Irish cheese for Lisbon, a Castletown volunteers field exercise, a new wool dyeing factory, and parliamentary notes on insolvent debts, trade, and inland navigation.
