Articles of Capitulatio for Port-Royal Surrender 1710
From Port-Royal Acadia October 13 1710 the capitulation articles set terms for surrender. Garrison to march out with arms provisions to Rochelle or Rochefort, ships and passports provided, officers to carry effects, inhabitants within cannon shot to remain two years, alllowed to take oaths to Britain, privateers transported.
