Dutch Vessels Seized at Iceland and Danish Guard Escape
Reports detail seven Dutch vessels seized by Denmark for trading in prohibited seas near Iceland. One vessel escaped, dragging away its Danish guard while asleep, resisting exposure until reaching the Texel. The other six ships, similar in craft, were sent to different ports for cod.
