Fragmentary Notice of Woollen Tools and a Comet Sightings

The fragment records tools for making woollen goods and breaking hemp tied to offences leading to death without benefit of clergy. It notes a comet observed by gentlemen in astronomy at Milksham, though not visible for about six days, with a judgment referenced.

A Gardner named Lindsey was robbed on Putney Heath by two soldiers while seeking help for a lame horse. A timber barge sank in the Thames at Kingston.
