Murder rewarded for the 1724 Dublin watchmen case
In Dublin the Lords Justices offer a fifty pound reward for the capture of Thomas Norris, a Black man from Drumcondra Lane, implicated in the murder of Fobathilton, servant to Lady Dowager Bleffinton, near St Mary’s Church. Norris fled justice. authorities seek him before November to prosecute.
