Arrival of Primate at Court and Royal Audience in Poland
The Primate arrived at the palace to brief the King and Queen of his arrival. A formal audience followed with 11 to 12 noon on the next day, including a ceremonial journey through the palace, speeches in Polish and French, and the Primate dining with the King and Queen. The exchange affirmed rights and privileges while pledging unity and service to the crown.
