Proclamation on Illegal Exportation of Wool and Woollen Manufactures
The Lord Lieutenant and Council of Ireland issue a proclamation forbidding the export of wool, worsted, bay or woollen yarn, and other woollen manufactures. Officers are ordered to enforce laws, with penalties for violations, given Dublin Council Chamber on March 13, 1731. It also notes ships arriving from Britain with mails and updates on European affairs and trade measures.
