Violet Hutchison, of Sheridan through her attorney. George Osborn, i tiled a petition in the circuit court Monday for a divorce front Jack M. Hutchison. According to the complaint of the plaintiff they were married in December, 1921, and separated in April of this year.The wife charges the defendant with having called her vile names, | says on one occasion he threw a glass j vase at her and she accuses him of | having associated with questionable j characters. In addition to a decree of separation, Mrs. Hutchison is asking the court for a restoration of her maiden name, Violet Fancher.
