Wants Court to Restrain Husband from Taking $2000Cedar Rapids. Ia., Sept. 13.—(INS) —An injunction restraining her husband from accepting a S2.000 bequest left, by his father, Seeley Currier, Ripon, Wis., is the unusual request made by Mrs. James D. Currier in a petition for divorce on file in district court here today. She says he will squander the money if he gets it and that she has a right to it as alimony. She charges her husband is enamored of another woman and that he will spend the money on. her.
