Gruuts Temporary Alimony,In the divorce suit of Louisa Jones vs I. A. Jones, the court has issued an order granting the defendant temporary alimony. Louisa Jones started the suit, the defendant answered and filed a cross petition and afterwards made a motion for temporary alimony. Coming on for hearing, the court has decided that the defendant is entitled to the temporary alimony and orders that be be given three cows, two mules, three calves, spring wagon and farming and carpenter tools, which are now in the hands of the plaintiff, and that these shall be considered as such temporary alimony and shall be the absolute property of the defendant.
