Frisbie his attorney, and files a bill—aDfl it appearing to the satisfaction of the court (by affidavit filed) that the said Christopher JBolin is not a resident of this state—it is ordered that notice of the pendency of this petition be published by four successive weekly insertions in the Indiana Journals a paper published at Indianapolis in this state, notifying the defendant to appear at the next term of this court, on the first day of the term— otherwise the said petition will be taken as confessed, and a decree accordingly.
