Session Got Underway ThisMorning With Several Divorces GrantedThe High Point municipal court for the Jury trial of civil cases convened this morning for the one-week October term. Judge Lewis E. Teague preaiding, A heavy calendar is scheduled for | trial during the term, and has necessitated carrying court thru | Saturday, an incident which has not occurred in many months.As court got under way this morning six divorce cases were! tried. The case of Ennis Mills versus Ray Mills was dismissed because of a mistrial. Divorces were granted H. P. Beck from Isabel Beck, William L. Furr from Annie Furr, William Mapp from Ella Mapp, W. H.
