lt;■■■ ■ . ■ — .. ■ \ SCHLAUDROFF.Mrs. Christine Schlaudroff, a pio-neer resident of Allen county, died at 7 o'clock Monday evening at the old homestead on the Wayne trace, seven miles southeast of Fort Wayne, at the age of more than 80 years. Death was due to the infirmities of age. Mrs; Schlaudroff was the widow of' Louis Schlaudroff, whose death occurred two years ago.She was born in Koenlgsberg, Hes-se-Darm8tadt, Germany, October 5, 1825, and came to America in 1855. In the following year she was united in marriage to Mr. Schlaudroff. Surviving children include Henry Schlau-. droff, of Marion township; Christian, William and John Schlaudroff, of Adams township; Mrs.-Lizzie Qrlebel, of Marion township; Mrs. Mary Brown, of Madison township; and Mrs. Minnie Miller, of Fiedheim, Adams county. Louis C. Schlaudroff, of this city, the county humane officer, is a stepson of the deceased.
