Three New Cases Filed In CourtElva Ruddick is the plaintiff in a new petition filed in district court in which she seeks a divorce from Maurice Ruddick charging cruel and inhuman treatment. .Married in 1934 the cuuplu have five children. Sue, 15, and Douglas, 10, are still at home living with their mother. The plaintiff asks custody of Sue and Douglas, alimony and support money.
