Christian Koth of Massillon,who is seventy-eight years old,told on the witness stand in Judge Ake's division of common pleas court late Friday afternoon why he wanted a divorce from his wife. Katherine Koth, who Is seventy-two years old.She has been neglecting tne,M ho said. She went away to Germany some time ago and refuses to live with me any more. 1have a little property and Iwant to sell It and use the money to pay someone to take care of of me. I want my wife’s interest in the property set aside so I can sell it.”Learning that Mrs.* Koth would return to United Statestills month, Judge Ake refused to grant a divorce at once. He will hold the case under advisement until Mrs. Koth returns. The couple were married in 1889.
