MARRIAGES IN COUNTY TOTAL 20, DIVORCES 19Marriage licenses issued in Polter county during the month of May numbered one more than divorce decrees. according to courthouse records. In April there were almost twice as many divorce* n* marriages so far a* the records show.Ted Blackburn, county clerk, issued 20 marriage certificates in May, and Judge W. E. Gee granted 19 divorces.
