Following the separation, the woman was married to Heindl.By letters the girl finally located her mother in Everett and came to her home.Tiring of her surroundings and determined to return to her father, she wrote him several letters clandestinely, with the result that he took the matter up with Chief Hill of the Everett police. Mr. Spinney sent sufficient money for the girl to pay her fare home.This was placed in the charge of a woirfan who had taken an interest in the young woman's case and It was she that worked out the details of the sensational escape from the Heindl home.Goes to RoomMr. and Mrs. Heindl were about to sit down to their supper shortly after 7 o'clock last evening when the girl said that she wanted to get something in another room.A few- moments later Mr. and Mrs. Heindl heard a thump toward the front of the house and thought that the girl must, have fallen down. They went to investigate and Mr. Heindl found the window in his wife’s room on the second story open. He divined at once that the girl must have made her exit, by that means. He looked out of the window but could see no one in the street below, so quickly harl the glrVa friends got her out of sight. »A woman friend pf the girl in an Interview last night stated that Bessie Interested several friends and her return to her father was arranged.‘'She will remain over in Everett tonight and then I will see her on board a train bound for Eliot, Me,” said this Informant.Mrs. Heindl Is greatly agitated as a result of the notoriety which has come to her. To a reporter last night she said she would willingly have given the girl money to go to Maine rather than that any publicity should have come to the case. She said that she had offered the money, but that her daughter said she would prefer to remain as she was, with her.W
