Charges HusbandIKidnaped Their SonSIOUX CITY â Charging her husband, F. 1. Van Kirk, kidnaped their small son, Mrs. Irene Van Kirk appeared In district court, here Friday to testify In a 1âĒr ; Wrcross divorce petition before.Tudge Ralph Crarv. Mrs. Van Cirk said she and her husband separated in Portland, Ore., and that she purchased a small cafe ; in Medford. Ore., taking her son with her, allegedly with the permission of her husband. She charged, however, that the husband kidnaped the child from in front of the cafe and disappearedwith him. Her search for her son, Mrs. Van Kirk said, led her to various places in Oregon and Washington.
