Hudson attorney and files her complaint herein, together with an affidavit, that said defendant, is not a resident of the State of Indiana: that said action is for divorce and that said non-resident defendant is a necessary party thereto, and the above named plaintiff having by endorsement upon her complaint fixed Monday the 19” day of February 1916 as the appearance day for said non-resident defendant to appear herein.Notice is Therefore Hereby Given Said Defendant last named, that unless he be and appear on the 1” day of the next term of the Greene Circuit Court, to be holden on the 19” day of February A.
