Thornbury attorney, and files her complaint herein, together with an affidavit, that the residence of the defendant William Ritter-man is unknown, and that- diligent- inquiry has been made to ascertain the residence of said defendant, but that said inquiry has not-disclosed tliw residence of said defendant Notice is therefore hereby given said defendant, that unless lie be and appear on the first day of the next term of the Crawford circuit court to be holden on the second Monday of October, A. D. 1905, at the court house in English, in said county and State, and answer or uemur to said complaint, the same will be heard and determined in his absence.In witness whereof, I have hen -unto set my hand, and affixed the [seat.] seal of said court, at English, Indiana, this 31 st day of July, A.
