The Homemakers club held its annual meeting with reports on finances and projects. Delegates J. Gander and M, Garrett were appointed for a Saskatoon special meeting, with plans for a public meeting and light refreshments.
A special Thursday meeting heard W C Harrie propose leasing the old Schoolhouse to the Public School Board for two years or more. Brent, Massey and others debated ownership with General Hospital and resolved to lease at 9 20 per month with school board covering repairs. The motion passed unanimously aside from Councillor Easter.
