The notice lists Floyd Gustafson as a defendant in a Devideon Seskat Itowan matter before the TU district court in June. Proceedings set to determine rights and obligations under a civil action filed by MRA. Parties are instructed to appear at the court for the hearing.
Final election results show the legislature with 61 members including three soldier representation seats. The house will comprise five Liberals and eight Conservatives, after counting all ballots from Tuesday's vote.

He described enlisting with the 14th Battalion and the canadians’ early war service, detailing travels from Montreal to Toronto and Valcartier. He recounted traveling with the Lapland fleet contingent and emphasized aiding returned soldiers and dependents, noting no complaints in Davidson and sharing a tale of a town gift in Hanna Alberta of a new Chevrolet touring car for his service.
A Davidson town council special meeting discusses an agreement with Mrs Floy Gaffeon over the nuisance ground in the town. Council considers fencing off a park area with a road, subject to law, and the landowner waives damages if the town relinquishes rights. By‑laws to regulate nuisance ground use are to be drafted.
Trustees funded the school with a hot land outfit including a two burner oil stove and aluminum cooking set. Mr Thill observed Mr Vaughn laying the outfit and proposed a picnic to celebrate the occasion.
In Davidson, Mr. G A Scott won Arm River again by a large majority, retaining the seat for nine years. The vote reflected confidence in the Liberal government and the late administration, while personal esteem for Mr. Scott contributed to the result. Polling was orderly across stations with little campaigning excitement.
