Miss J Mair of Davidson Saskatchewan and Elora Ontario wed Mr Jonatien clerk of Division C Fergus News Record on February 4 1915 at Melville Manse Fergus by Rev W Craw. Miss Muir sister of G K Mair of Davidson left town recently to marry and many former Duvideor friends send best wishes to The Leader.
The North Star Literary Society announces its next meeting on Friday at the Bonescoars schoolhouse. Members are urged to attend for a full program of readings and discussions.
The bonspiel progresses with close matches and dramatic ends. Scott Cup contenders Manon, Beett, Wilees, and Norris feature in tight rounds as teams chase late leads and decisive rocks.
Farmers from the surrounding community are invited to an Agricultural Conference. Speakers include experts from the Speringtone Experimental Farm and other noted practitioners. Attendees will gain practical information on crop production and pest management.
The community grieves 17 year old student Norhaned Downsetd who attended public school and was a bright scholar and regular Sunday Bible student. A funeral will be held at the Methodist church at two oclock with interment to follow at Division lay.

Mr Kervteter seen at Andersen farm. Carnival at David son Pridey night draws many locals. Valentines social at Mr and Mrs Douglas in Girvin last Wednesday evening with a pleasant tune.
