Former Dauphin Resident Named New Judge for Manitoba Bench
George Eric Tritschler, a former Dauphin resident who practiced law in Winnipeg since 1926, was appointed to the Manitoba Court of Queen's Bench. Born in London 1905, he moved to Canada in 1911, studied at Dauphin High School and the University of Manitoba, and served as a colonel in the Canadian Army earning the Order of the British Empire.
