E E McBride presented gifts to Mr and Mrs Louie Boroditski and Mr and Mrs Bill Miller, the two most recently married Lions. Dixie Dunbar led community singing with Johnny Cross at the piano. President Wm Bullmore presided. Favors were given at the dance and prizes awarded for novelty dances.
Dan and Elgin faced Magistrate Thos. Little after being charged with fighting in a public place. Both men were fined $10 and costs of prosecution for the offense.
