In a rapid session the town set the 1942 by laws and kept the total levy at 40 mills, the same as 1941, despite rate detail changes. Winnipeg Speed and Figure Skating Club artists will perform with 40 members featuring solos ten steps waltzes and ballets. Open races allow local competitors with no entry fee and reserved seats are limited for the evening performance.
