Fred Kishowski was committed for trial on imprisonment breaking. Inspector Martin laid the information. Chief Everett, Henry Shannon and W. S. Evans were fined 5 dollars and 3.50 dollars costs for disorderly conduct. An assault case against Adelin Yankowicz was dismissed. A. R. Lowes paid 10 dollars for operating a motor vehicle without license. Inspector Martin laid information again. Chief Everett secured conviction against 17 persons for speeding, each fined 10 dollars and costs. Total fines 170 dollars and costs 73.25 dollars. Minnie Willis versus Sylvester Willis for non support was withdrawn with 14.95 dollars costs payable to the Provincial Government.

Road Gravelling Progress Near Debenture District Four
The gravelling outfit moves from Timmy's Bridge toward town. Since spring start through June end 20180 cubic yards of gravel were laid over 16 miles, reaching 35% in Debenture District No 4.
