Town Council Addresses Senior Citizens Housing Finances

A delegation from the project committee presented a plan for Dauphin Senior Citizens Homes. Council agreed to underwrite up to 15 000 as a grant from 1963 levies with balance in 1965, based on a 140 000 cost estimate and rental caps of 45 for single and 57 for double.
