Deadline Set for 1945 Automobile Licences
The Herald reports the RCM police announce January 31 as the deadline to purchase the 1945 auto license plate and driver or chauffeur licences. Warnings began last Saturday and anyone without a 195 licence by January 31 faces prosecution. Car owners must remove old plates except the 1945 plate.
