Figures from the local municipal office and FS Zap Way SLP show 192 sections in Dauphin rural municipality will get Prairie Farmers Assistance Act aid. PFAA payments run 150 dollars per acre for yields 4–8 bushels and 2.50 dollars per acre for yields below four. Cheques will be mailed after survey. five additional townships were denied aid.

Hospital Rates Set For M H S A Members At Four Dollars A Day

Fire Destroys Lumber Yard At Rorketon
Fire completely destroyed the lumber yard and storage shed owned by M. Marchenski of Rorketon last Thursday evening. The blaze started from an unknown source and was detected early before spreading through the building. Several pieces of equipment and two cars were removed to safety, but residents could not save the structure. There was no wind that evening and nearby houses were not endangered.

City to add CN R and CPR lands to tax roll
