Una Margaret Fraser married George Fueffel at the Fraser home on Saturday January 14. Rev D H Telfer officiated as the couple stood before about fifteen guests. The bride wore blue pebble crepe with silver sequins and carried yellow and cream roses. reception included a buffet lunch. They will reside in Vermilion Park Dauphin Manitoba.

Mrs. Marjory Hambleton widow of Chas. A. Hambleton died at 86 after a brief illness. Born Sept 15 1846 in Acton Ontario she lived in Manitoba and Dauphin where she farmed and attended First Baptist Church. Survived by three sons a daughter twelve grandchildren and three great grandchildren with many relatives. Funeral at First Baptist Church and Riverside Cemetery was held with pallbearers listed.

Victory Chapter of O ES Celebrates Birthday
The thirteenth anniversary of the Order of the Eastern Star was celebrated in lodge rooms with Mrs. R. M. Smith and other past matrons greeting guests. The event featured a Grand March, Whist prizes, musical numbers by Mrs. McNabb, Mrs. Soulett, and others, a cake cutting by James Norton, and a large delegation of officers and helpers.
