Fire Destroys Fork River Farm Barns Killing Livestock

Seven year old girl killed in highway accident near Dauphin
Evelyn Maryanne Schieman seven died in Dauphin General Hospital from injuries after a school bus incident on No 5 highway west of Dauphin. The driver of the eastbound truck was Mike Litwin of Red Lake Ontario. An inquest was opened and postponed. She was the daughter of Samuel and Mrs Schieman and sister to Marilyn. Funeral services were held at Sneath funeral chapel Riverside Cemetery.
