Dauphin Business College Graduation Celebrated

Dauphin Town Hall hosted the first year celebration of the Amalgamated Business Colleges branch with 13 diplomas awarded to local graduates. Winnipeg’s George Houston offered career guidance and urged lifelong study while Miss Mabel Harbour wowed with a recital before a dance finale.

Children’s Aid Society Annual Meeting in Dauphin Town Hall

The Chil dren's Aid Society schedules its annual meeting in the town hall Monday evening next the 17th at 8 pm. Accounts and reports for the year will be presented and directors for the ensuing twelve months elected. The group weighs whether to build a large permanent shelter or support more smaller homes for homeless and neglected children. Citizens are urged to attend and consider the questions shaping future care.
