Death of Mrs Cleland in Cypress River Manitoba
Mrs Rebecca Cleland aged 80 died at her daughter J Hume Young’s Cypress River home after a stroke on January 29. Widow of Samuel Cleland of Dauphin, she helped pioneer from Luther Ontario in 1881, later living in Stonewall and Dauphin. Survived by five daughters and three brothers and one sister with funeral in Stonewall.
