The Dauphin meteorological bureau notes a November monthly mean of 32.6 degrees, the first above freezing since a high 70.7 in a prior year. The coldest November was 1950 at -23.2 degrees, with 0.35 inches of precipitation and 2.70 inches of snow. snow cover ended at one inch.
