A Dauphin growth retrospective notes over a quarter of a million dollars invested in dwellings and business premises since April with seventy building contracts under way and many lots changing hands. Henry Cardiff Rites Held at Riverside Cemetery
The funeral for Henry Cardiff took place at Riverside Cemetery after a service in St. Pauls Church at 2 30. Friends attended as floral tributes adorned the service. Cardiff born in Ontario on August 3 1844 died on his 77th birthday having moved west in 1871 to Winnipeg then Brandon and Dauphin before retiring in 1906 in town. His wife predeceased him in 1910 and his sons Mark and Robert and daughter Annie Cardiff are among those grieving with other family members.

Brothers Rea Reunite After Twenty Two Years Visit
Jas H Rea of Grand Forks North Dakota visits his brother W D Rea, their first meeting in 22 years. The Fork River Agricultural Society fair was postponed due to stormy weather and will be rescheduled with a new date to be announced.
