Hawkins Discusses Legislation With Unemployed in Dauphin

He urged action on unemployment through public works or relief, urging councils and the board of trade to push for southern highway employment and housing renovations as self liquidating relief options.

First Tax Instalment Due On May 1st

The Town of Dauphin delays its first tax instalment due to troops legislation. Taxes formerly due April 1 are now payable May 1 with a 5 percent discount for payments made on or before that date.
