Ottawa reports that the bridge and dam on the Mossey River will be completed as originally planned. Winnipeg had paused bridge construction due to opinion differences, but Dauphin federal representative J L Bowman pushed relief authorities to ensure the project proceeds, and his wife confirmed the decision to complete the project as first planned, including the bridge.
