Five Changes Sought In Composite High Area Plan
The local school board Friday urged five major changes to the area plan. They seek higher government capital grants for the Composite Town high school, full per capita costs for nonresident students, greater representation for the C group on the area board, and a plan to distribute capital costs more equitably among government and towns. The board argues Dauphin Town bears disproportionate burden without enrollment gains and urges grants based on 400 students to lower overall per capita costs.
