Dauphin Pioneers Association Holds Annual Meeting
The Dauphin Pioneers Association met on Tuesday with President Heeve Wickes in the chair. He outlined aims to record Dauphin district history from 1482 to 1493 and a cairn with four bronze tablets was erected in the railroad park. Names of pioneer families appear on three tablets. the fourth lists key local milestones from 1887 to 1916.

Novelty Dance by Legionaires in Dauphin
A Canadian Legion novelty dance last Friday in Dauphin drew a modest crowd to support wartime veterans. Despite limited attendance, funds were raised for sick and incapacitated Great War veterans with local support. The Paramount orchestra provided music as balloons, prizes, and a balloon scramble added festive life. Mrs. Erle Hamilton kept her balloon through the dance, while Mrs. E. Prentice won the door prize. Mayor Robson drew the lucky numbers.

School Board Debates Abolishing Ward System
Dauphin Board members discussed ending the town wards with a resolution to be sent to the town council on April 7. Solomon urged universal voting rights for council seats and cited Brandon as a model.
