Fire of unknown origin caused 2000 to 2500 dollars in damage to Mackenzie school auditorium last Friday morning. The blaze started in a dressing room near the stage and damaged walls ceilings and the floor buckling after water and heat. Curtain from Belgium, stage props lost, doors and window frames ruined. smoke spread to Collegiate and public school wings. no one was inside the building. Increased Farm Club Activity This Year
The region sees rising farm club activity with new swine clubs at Mountview and ongoing calf and garden clubs.
