Announcement by an Act of Parliament prohibits sale of spirituous liquors in quantities under two gallons. Brandy offered in quarter anchors of two gallons and a half for 11s including cask, delivered townwide with free delivery. Returns of casks allowed at one shilling each. Describes brandy as made from same origin as foreign, with note on grape drying.
